Refund Policy

We aim to provide high quality garden consultancy, planting advice and design services.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered and the conditions that apply.

1. Consultation Fees

Our consultation fees (online or on-site) are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place, as the service has already been delivered.

If you cancel a booked consultation:

*More than 24 hours in advance:

You may receive a refund or reschedule at no cost.

*Less than 24 hours in advance: 

A cancellation fee may apply to cover time and preparation already committed. As well as the loss of opportunity to fill the timeslot for us to service another client.

If We need to cancel a consultation for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Design & Planting Plan Services

Refunds for design work are handled case by case and depend on the stage of progress:

Before work begins:  A full refund may be issued if no work has commenced.

*Once work has started: Refunds may be partial, reflecting the portion of work already completed.

*After Consultation report or Design delivery:  Design, reports and planting plan fees are generally Non-Refundable, as these documents represent completed professional work.

3. Digital Deliverables

Digital items such as Design Concepts, Planting Plans, reports or guides are non-refundable once delivered as they cannot be returned.

4.  Workshops, Classes or Events (where applicable)

*Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will be given a full refund or option to transfer to another session.

*Cancellations made within 48 hours are not guaranteed a refund but may be considered at our discretion or unless otherwise stated on the event booking form.

*If we cancel an event:  You will receive a full refund.

5. Plant Advice

Information offered about traditional plant uses (including medicinal herbs) or garden based well-being is educational only.

No refunds are given on the basis of plant performance, outcomes of herbal use, health or wellness results.  No refunds are given for a client's decision to use or not use any plant for their personal purposes.

Since we do not supply plants or herbal products directly, no product related refunds apply.

6. Third Party Services and Suppliers

If you choose to engage landscapers, contractors or nurseries recommended by us:

*Any refund requests MUST be directed to those providers

*We are NOT responsible for their pricing, products or refund policies.

7. Booking Errors or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is made in error, please contact us promptly.

We will issue a refund for any duplicate charges or mistaken payments once verified.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss any concerns, please contact us using the details provided on our website.  Please include:

Your name

*The service or booking in question, including the date of booking.

*The reason for your request

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
